Spring Term Concert 2026
The Spring Term Concert was a great success, showcasing the range of musical talent from across the Senior School in a vibrant and varied programme.
From Mozart’s Magic Flute Overture to Billy Joel’s And So It Goes, the evening featured a rich mix of ensemble performances, chamber music, and exciting collaborations, including those between Ibstock Contemporary Voices and the Senior Jazz Band, as well as the Brass Ensemble and Senior Jazz Band.
A particular highlight was the outstanding singing from each of the singing teachers’ choirs, whose performances brought great energy to the evening.
Special congratulations must go to our Upper Sixth musicians, who played such an important role in making the concert so memorable.
Their contribution was crowned by the premiere performance of the Upper Sixth Barbershop Quartet, which was received with great enthusiasm.
